Unexplained circumstances of two planes passing by one another

Near Tashkent two planes passed by one another yesterday. Nobody knows how it happened. None of the pilots informed the control tower about it. “Nobody bothered to inform me about it,” says Ibrahim ibn Omar, an inhabitant of the tower for many years. “But I saw everything exactly. They were flying high, one plane from this and the other from another direction some 40 minutes apart. It lasted really long. However, I could do nothing because I am a squatter in this tower.”

So far nobody has been able to point at the place where the two planes passed by one another exactly. Airlines have put a padlock on their mouth and they give no information. No sources give any information if the crew or passengers of both aircrafts have been interrogated about this case either.
